Sorry I'm getting in touch with you when we haven't met yet and everything is so intense right now. Stephanie Brown gave me your name as someone who might be able to help with the supply scheduling and some stuff with the clinic.
Stephanie mentioned you needed help. If I can do anything, I'd be glad to. I used to be an accountant, and I told her I would try and set up some spreadsheets on what was used and what will be needed. As soon as I get a laptop, I can start. In the meantime I can take inventory when I'm not already engaged.
That would be awesome. I've never really done anything like this before so I've just been writing down what we have and what we need and trying to tally it and make notes of what we're using, but it's all pretty confusing. Sorry.
Would you like to come to the clinic sometime and I can show you stuff?
That's a pretty handy skill to have. ( he wishes he could do that. )
Okay. I am around most of the time. You can message me whenever you want, too. I think maybe Lady Victoria would like to learn, but she is from Elizabethan times or something. In my world, anyway, that's the time it sounds like. Would you be okay with teaching other people?
It's just so that you don't have all the pressure on you. Like a support team?
I don't mind teaching. Besides my main focus is trying to start some sort of school for the younger kids. If someone is around and knows what they are doing, I can devote more time to that.
That works out really well. If it's okay, I'll give your name to Kirian? He's our main admin guy at the clinic. We can work something out so you have as much time to focus on the school as you want, and maybe you can just help us get this thing on its feet and make sure we're not messing stuff up as we go. Like stocktake?
We're going to work on making free first aid kits to hand out to new arrivals, too, and do first aid training and everything, so we can make sure people helping out at the school are all trained up and good to go.

It's fine. I'm used to looking at things and just-- seeing data. I'm sure I can interpret whatever you have or look over the stock myself.
Sure, I can come by whenever.

That will be helpful. If I get anyone to work with me, I'll be sure they're at least trained.
